At that time, the coffee culture in Macau (as with many other places) was very much in its infancy.
We began learning how to roast from masters in Italy and the UK. Over the years, we have worked hard to cultivate exceptional quality and consistency. Today we supply our coffee, as well as baked goods and other ancillary products, to customers that range from independent coffee houses to some of the best hotels and fine dining establishments in Macau, Hong Kong, and other parts of Asia.
